Structural Splice: Simple, Secure, Strong
Our CrossRail Structural Splice Set is designed for the workflows of a job-site. Installers can quickly and safely assemble rail on the ground, (splice, clamps, wire management clips, end caps, rail sleeves, etc) and pass up onto the roof. The structural splice simply slides on the rail and secures with 2 T-Bolts. This external splice is designed to fit both CrossRail 48-X and 48-S.

Our CrossRail 48-X, 48-S Structural Splice is available in mill and dark. It slides right over the rail, follows the contour of the rail and secures with T-Bolts.

CrossRail 48-X is the newest member of the CrossRail family. Following the properties of the CrossRail 48-S, all components fit the same. No need to switch out rail splices, end caps, rail sleeves, etc. Our patented MK3 channel keeps the universal CrossRail Mid and End Clamps in place while bonding the sub array.
