„EnergyOptimizer GmbH is committed to efficient energy use and sustainable energy production. With the large-scale plant at the Neue Schule Port, we have made an important contribution to the energy revolution. The planning and implementation of the aesthetically valuable photovoltaic system challenged us in a new way. With K2 Systems, we were able to count on a partner who supported us at all times in the implementation of the tailored solution. The result of the joint work with all participants is a new school building that combines innovation and aesthetics in a wonderful way,“ says Johan Pihlblad, Managing Director of EnergyOptimizer GmbH.
With an annual output of 275,000 kWh, the PV system supplies around 50 households in the Port municipality.
As part of the "Portsolar project, sustainable local electricity production from Port for Port", residents can acquire a 20-year right to use the PV system and consume the electricity themselves.
The building has a wooden roof truss on which an aesthetic PV system should be mounted.
With the help of a specially developed angle and the SolidRail Alpin 60, the insertion system with its black anodised components was convincing.
In the video you can see the primary school pupils of the municipality of Port in Switzerland visiting the new building and telling what they like.
