In this video we show you which fastening or planning options are available in K2 Base for trapezoidal sheet metal and corrugated sheet metal or corrugated fibre cement (Eternit). You will learn the differences between fastening in the roof cladding or the sheet metal and the roof substructure and which parameters are set. Fastening in the roof cladding is done with thin sheet metal screws, which are used in the MiniRail, MultiRail and BasicRail systems. The advantage is that there is no need to pre-drill and screwing is very quick. The disadvantage is that this method is not possible on all roofs. Alternatively, hanger bolts or solar fasteners are used in the roof substructure or purlins. This connection is possible in the SingleRail and SolidRail system. These fasteners are available for substructures made of wood, metal or concrete.
