No additional sealant required.
The Flex Foot comes preassembled with the K2 EverSeal butyl. Simply peel of the protective paper backing and stick it down in your marked location.
Self-tapping
No pilot holes required
K2’s lag screw and #14 screws are self-tapping; therefore, no pilot hole is required.
Higher profile
allows for better airflow underneath the modules.
It also acts as an installation aid so installers can lay their rails on the shelf and insert T-Bolts.
