Messaging Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on and are effective as of September 12, 2024.

These Messaging Terms and Conditions apply to the sending by K2 Systems LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) of text messages and your receipt of such messages.   The Company is located at 4665 North Ave Suite,  Oceanside, CA, U.S.A. 92056

 

General Matters

When you opt-in to the text messaging service with the Company, we will send you a text message to confirm your signup.

 

By opting into messages, you agree to receive periodic automated marketing/promotional and informational text messages from the Company. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you later designate for such purpose.

 

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with the Company. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.

 

Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, you should contact your wireless data provider.

 

Your consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.

 

Carriers

 

Your wireless data provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent by us.

 

Opting Out / Cancellation of Messaging Service

You can opt out of receiving or cancel the receipt of text messages from the Company at any time by texting “STOP” to us. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and that no more messages will be sent to the designated number. If you would like to receive messages from the Company, you would need to sign up again to agree to receive  marketing/promotional text messages from us.

If you need assistance with opting out of the Company’s text messaging service, just text “HELP” at any time and we will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe. For support regarding our text messaging services, please email us at infous@k2-systems.com.

 

Changing or Transfer of Mobile Number

You agree that before you change your mobile number or transfer to another person your mobile number for which you have opted in to receive text messages from the Company, that you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at infous@k2-systems.com. The duty to inform the Company of the above events is a condition of using the text messaging service to receive messages from us.

Changes to Messaging Terms and Conditions

 

We reserve the right to change or terminate our text messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The date of the most recent update to these Terms and Conditions is noted above and your continued enrollment in and use of the text messaging services after we revise these Terms and Conditions means you accept those changes, so please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates
