The proven InsertionRail 2.0, already used in K2 WallPV Systems, is now also available for pitched roofs—where it replaces the first generation of InsertionRails. With just one rail type, several application areas can now be covered—another example of K2’s modular system concept. The optimized CrossConnector also simplifies installation and allows for easy adjustments.
The InsertionRail 2.0 now replaces the first-generation InsertionRails on pitched roofs and is suitable for a wide range of roof constructions:
• Trapezoidal and corrugated metal roofs in combination with the K2 MultiRail System
• Tiled roofs in combination with the K2 SolidRail System
• Fiber cement roofs and other substructure mounting types using K2 SolidRail and K2 SingleRail
The InsertionRail 2.0 is now available in the K2 Base planning software.
InsertionRail 2.0 continues to be used in the K2 WallPV Systems:
• K2 WallPV MultiRail System
• K2 WallPV PerfoRail System
• K2 WallPV FacadeRail System
• K2 WallPV CarrierRail System
