In many Southern European countries, Coppo tiles and similar types are commonly used. These tiles are often fixed to the roof substructure and cannot be lifted. In these cases, roof hooks are not an option.​ As an alternative, it is common practice to screw hanger bolts directly through the tiles into the substructure. This method is supported with K2 Hanger Bolts in combination with K2 SingleRail and K2 SolidRail.
