Tool-free rail connectors for Dome 6 Xpress and SingleRail Systems

K2 Systems is introducing new rail connectors for its popular Dome 6 Xpress and SingleRail Systems. Thanks to an intuitive click-in mechanism, the connectors can be installed completely tool-free, helping installers save valuable time on site.

The new rail connectors are available now and are automatically included during planning in K2 Base.

SingleRail 36/50 Connector

The new SingleRail 36/50 Connector can be slid into SingleRail 36, SingleRail 36 Light and SingleRail 50 completely tool-free. Its integrated spring clip serves multiple functions: it acts as a reliable stop, ensures effective equipotential bonding, and securely holds the connector in place. No additional components are required for installation.

The SingleRail 36/50 Connector replaces the following articles:

– 2002404 Rail connector Set SingleRail 50

SingleRail 36/50 Connector

Dome 6 Xpress Connector

The new Dome 6 Xpress Connector connects two Dome 6 Base Sets within the Dome 6 Xpress flat roof system. Supplied pre-assembled with a spring plate and blind rivet, it can be installed completely tool-free using a simple click-in mechanism. It also features an integrated equipotential bonding system and is capable of withstanding lightning currents.

The rail connector is available in two versions: the Dome 6 Xpress Connector (190 mm length) and the Dome 6 Xpress Connector Long (390 mm length).
