In this video we show how you can change the calculated article quantities (bill or material; BOM) for the project in K2 Base in the summary. This is often necessary if the planning data is not quite exact and you would rather be on the safe side with the material.
The changed quantities are automatically marked in colour. Then we export the changed article list as an Excel table file. The same colour marking is also found in the Excel file.

This can be sent to the desired distributor to get a quotation for the K2 articles for the project. It can also be used to exchange information with other project partners. For example, if you are only doing the planning and not the installation.
