Planning a smaller system?

We also offer complete kits for medium-sized and smaller ground mounted installations – with intelligent design and proven stability. The K2 N-Rack System can be anchored with pile, concrete, and screw foundations, enabling quick and flexible installation. With tilt angles of 15° or 20°, it adapts effortlessly to different site conditions.

Pre-fabricated N-Rack kits with a 20° mounting angle are immediately available thanks to readily stocked components – ensuring fast delivery and installation time. An economical solution for small and medium-sized PV systems.

The Challenge

The installation of a photovoltaic system on smaller areas requires an approach that combines clever design, efficient materials, and flexibility on-site. The project team faced uneven terrain with a gravel substrate. which reuired a stable yet adaptable mounting solution.. The modules were mounted with pile-driven foundations anchored in the compacted gravel layer. A late design change during the construction phase necessitated quick adjustments without impacting the timeline or budget.

The Solution in Action

Thanks to the system’s flexible aluminum design and universal in-stock components, the installation team was able to respond seamlessly to the design adjustments. The system enabled a cost-effective and efficient installation that made optimal use of the available land.

The on-site labor was minimal: carrier rails could be cut to length without post-treatment, and all modifications were made with standard hand tools. This streamlined workflow ensured a fast, straightforward, and reliable installation process - demonstratimng the versatility and practicality of the N-Rack system.
