Employee IT Service Desk

Your tasks

  • Together with the Service Desk Team you are responsible for
  • You will be responsible for first level or second level support, depending on your qualifications
  • Answering calls and mails
  • Problem solving and documentation of the process in the ticket system
  • Forwarding of tickets to the downstream IT department
  • Dealing with Active Directory
  • Contact person for internal employees in all IT questions

Your profile

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable IT qualification in the IT field.
  • High service orientation, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, interest in IT
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Career changers with relevant IT experience are also welcome
