Team Leader Accounts Payable/Debit Accounts Receivable

As team leader you will be responsible for the coordination and further development of the accounts payable and accounts receivable team.
Ensuring the correct and complete fulfilment of tasks in the area of accounts payable and accounts receivable
In day-to-day business, you will support the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments, check accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure the proper reconciliation of all personal accounts
In addition, you review the regular proposal for payment transactions in compliance with cash discount agreements and taking liquidity into account
Maintain close coordination with the Team Leader Accounting – General Ledger
Support the general ledger accounting
You will also be involved in special topics and various exciting projects

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting
5 years of professional experience in accounting
Experience with merchandise management systems and accounting software
It is important to you to shape and develop the area of responsibility with the team
You have a reliable, accurate and discreet way of working
You are a team player and have a high level of self-confidence
You are flexible, able to work under pressure and show a high level of commitment
You have a good command of English
