Web Analyst

You analyse our digital ecosystem as well as digital campaigns and derive insights and improvement measures that help us to scale successfully.
You are responsible for the continuous conception, implementation and evaluation of targeting & (A/B) testing.
Together with the team, you are responsible for expanding our reporting and analytics foundations so that we can make data-driven decisions.
You will contribute your experience, for example, to automate our campaign management in the right places.
In addition, you will provide important input on the conversion rate and funnel optimisation of our product pages, landing pages and digital tools.

Enthusiasm for growth hacking and agile approaches
You are familiar with conversion funnels
Experience in the conception, implementation and evaluation of marketing activities for digital customer journeys in the B2B market
Strong affinity for numbers and good analytical thinking and abstraction skills
Experience in using relevant analytics tools (Google Analytics, Piwick, …)
Completed studies in the field of marketing, data analysis or comparable training
Enjoy varied tasks, teamwork, customer contact and working on your own initiative
Initial experience with SEO is an advantage
Desire to realise your potential in a start-up environment
