So far, our K2 WallPV Systems cover a wide range of different facade materials for large-scale PV installations: the K2 WallPV FacadeRail System for concrete, the K2 WallPV CarrierRail System for sandwich panels, and the K2 WallPV MultiRail System for trapezoidal and corrugated sheet facades.

Now, we are expanding our facade application area and offering a solution for buildings with existing thermal insulation. This is possible through a strong partnership with Reisser, fully aligned with the motto “Connecting Strength.” The fruits of this cooperation: the K2 WallPV PerfoRail M System, which is now available.

How is the K2 WallPV PerfoRail M System composed? The anchoring is done with the Reisser screw RDS-CA, which can be directly fixed into the concrete through the facade insulation without the need to cut into the insulation. This makes the installation quick, simple, and cost-effective. Being a truly versatile solution, the Reisser screw is suitable for various insulation thicknesses and can be individually adjusted. It also compensates for unevenness, regardless of the existing building structure.

The connection to the Reisser screw is made via the K2 PerfoRail M which already features appropriate holes for easy attachment of the screw.

The K2 InsertionRail is utilized as a module rail, allowing for easy module installation and giving the PV system a cohesive and aesthetical overall appearance.
