In line with our modular approach, the K2 InsertionRail can now be combined with BasicClips, bringing together the strengths of two proven systems:

 
• BasicRail System: BasicClips are screwed to the high crest of trapezoidal sheet metal. Inserting the BasicRail enables fast installation with controlled thermal expansion.
• InsertionRail System: Modules are inserted directly into the rail—no module clamps required. This saves time and delivers a clean, closed surface as well as an aesthetic finish.

 
Advantages of the combination
The InsertionRail can now be mounted directly into BasicClips, and modules slide into the rail without clamps—saving time twice: during rail installation and module placement. A quick, material-efficient solution for streamlined projects.

InsertionRail on BasicClips is already selectable under trapezoidal sheet systems in K2 Base.
