K2 Base hangs – refresh or clear browser cache

In this video we show you how to clear the cache of your browser if K2 Base hangs, views are not loaded correctly or error messages are displayed. First of all, you should of course try the reload or refresh function of the browser. This can be done by clicking on the button in the browser interface or by pressing F5 on the keyboard. To be on the safe side, you can also press the shift key (Shift+F5). This will also clear the cache for the current page.
