PV system with SingleRail and CrossHook 3S supplies single-family home with electricity and feeds into the grid

Simply planned, safely mounted and doubly profited

The proven modular principle of K2 Systems is also evident in this project – with SingleRail System and CrossHook 3S. This means that during assembly, the employees are experienced in setting up and quick in designing a system.

The K2 Base planning software determined the optimum utilization, provided the structural analysis and the assembly plan, and issued the appropriate article list.

Plan directly in K2 Base

The project was planned with K2 Base software and recorded and documented quickly, easily, and paperlessly with K2 DocuApp.

The CrossHook 3S aluminum roof hook is attached to the rafters using plate-head wood screws. It is 3-fold height adjustable and suitable for narrow rafters from 36 mm.

The tiles are machined accordingly on the top and bottom edges.

The SingleRail mounting rails are cut to size from K2 Base according to the specifications in the project-specific installation plan. They are then attached laterally to the roof hooks via the Climber and connected with the rail connector.

This is how quick and inexpensive assembly works - with direct lateral connection to the rail without additional components!

The universal end clamp OneEnd is also made of aluminum (in this case black anodized) and fixes the solar modules.

The OneMid module center clamp fixes the modules with a simple click function.

The mounting system consisting of SingleRail and CrossHook 3S ensures secure mounting of the 30 solar modules.

Before and after: The vertically oriented solar system produces a nominal output of 12 kWh on the 25° sloped roof.
