Solar power in 6 days

The warehouse near Toulouse was successfully equipped with a 36KWp system in November 2022. Thanks to clever planning and quick installation, the investment pays for itself within 7 years.

To install the 96 solar panels, the customer chose the K2 MiniRail system on the trapezoidal sheet metal roof because it is particularly quick and easy to install. As a result, it took just 6 days to assemble the complete system.

Technical implementation:

Immediately after locating the purlins and determining the cable routing, the K2 MiniRails and SolarEdge Optimisers were installed on the roof. The solar modules were then mounted and fixed with K2 clamps, and the earthing and cable duct were laid up to the DC and AC distribution box. The inverter was finally installed and the team pulled the feed-in cable 35 metres to the WLAN-enabled Linky meter, which communicates directly with the internet as a so-called SmartMeter. To validate the installation specifically in France, an organisation was commissioned to verify electrical compliance. Thus, the installation could be successfully put into operation directly.
