A new, free K2+ feature is now available in the planning software K2 Base, speeding up and simplifying the ordering process. Through this new interface, you can send your desired items directly to the shopping cart of various European PV and electrical wholesalers.
After completing the PV design in K2 Base in just a few steps, you will receive a complete list of parts in the “Summary” tab with all the necessary products for the project substructure. Previously, you were able to export this list to various file formats and then submit it to your wholesaler. The new K2+ feature now enables direct digital submission to the webshops of many leading distributors.
“True to our motto ‘Connecting Strength’, with this new interface, we are connecting even more closely with our long-standing distribution partners to speed up the planning and ordering process. This creates a more comfortable data transfer that reduces unnecessary transfer errors and improves collaboration,” reports Willem Haag, Co-CEO of K2 Systems.
To do this, please log in once to your MyK2 account and through the “Profile,” you will find an overview of all available distributors from which you can select your favorites for quick selection. Please note at this point, setting favorites is only possible by the respective administrators of your company account. Afterwards, you can continue with PV planning in K2 Base as usual, and in the “Summary” tab, you will immediately have access to the button “K2+ Wholesaler Webshops”. When you click on the button, you will see your preferred distributors in the left feature column. Let’s get started!
